Meet your host.
Nourish is hosted by Stephanie Harrod, physical therapist and certified Women’s Health Coach.
She has been a provider in Spokane for the past six years and has worked with hundreds of women to resolve pelvic pain, reduce menstrual cycle dysfunction and get back to living lives they love.
She is so excited to bring women in the community together with the other providers she’s grown to love and trust over the years and who care for patients in ways she'd want for her close friends, family and self.
Meet the Speakers
The faculty of speakers that we are bringing together is what will set Nourish apart as the premier health & wellness event for women in the INW.
These gals are truly the dream team when it comes to elevating women's health in Spokane and we can't wait see what happens when we get them all in one room.
