Feel like yourself again.
women’s health physical therapy + menstrual cycle coaching
You deserve to feel good.
helping active women find hormone balance, restore energy levels and get back to living lives they love.
from adolescence through menopause and everything in between.
By blending a root‑cause, lifestyle medicine approach with the resources of the western medical system, we help you implement sustainable solutions that relieve chronic symptoms and fit your lifestyle.
Hi, I’m Stephanie.
I’m a physical therapist and certified women’s health coach.
I started Synchronized Health after realizing the training I had in physical therapy school wasn’t meeting the real world needs of the women I was seeing in the clinic.
The complexity of cases I was seeing in my pelvic health practice required a multi-systems approach that not only needed an in-depth understanding of the interplay between female hormone health and the GI, immune and metabolic systems but also skills in helping women navigate the very real challenges and barriers that come with healing from long term, chronic symptoms.
Starting my own business has allowed me to treat women with the kind of time, attention and quality care I would want for myself, my sister and my friends.
It’s allowed me to go below the surface to find the source of dysfunction and walk with women on a sustainable, shame-free, pressure-free, path towards healing.
If you’re looking for something different than what is available in typical western medical models but also want someone with the education, experience and resources to get you results, I’d love to be your gal.
