Winter Mini Retreat
January 24 | Anam Cara Healing Center | 10 am - 12 pm
Join us for this cozy winter mini retreat designed to connect and ground you with your body at the beginning of a new year.
Winter is a natural time to slow down and reconnect with your body. This winter mini retreat designed for women who want a deeper, more supportive understanding of their hormones and the rhythms that influence how they feel day to day.
Together, we’ll explore two of the primary hormonal patterns women experience — including the circadian rhythm and menstrual cycle — and break down what hormones are, how they work, and how to support them in a practical, sustainable way.
The morning will begin with a grounding yoga and meditation session led by Hannah Talbot, creating space to settle your nervous system and gently reconnect with your body before moving into the workshop.
Tea and small bites will be provided for the morning.
This is a calm, nurturing space to learn, ask questions, and gain clarity around your body — without overwhelm or pressure.
Who this is for:
Women experiencing hormone imbalance, fatigue, or cycle-related symptoms who are looking to foster a new, healthier relationship with their bodies in 2026
Anyone feeling confused or frustrated by mixed messages around hormone health
Women wanting to bring community and support around their health journey
